Thats right folks I have recently taken the plunge from a 50% Raw diet to a 90% Raw diet.
(The remaining 10% is for sweet, sweet coffee)
Bottom line it means I eat a lot like a vegan (no dairy, meat) only I don't cook my food or eat processed food like bread.
The reason is to strengthen my overall health. Yay!
